We would like to thank everybody who submitted entries to our Video Fest event in 2011, and all the train companies and other organisations who made this event possible by donating items for us to give away. Entries for this competition closed on Monday November 28th 2011 and our judges spent lots of time deciding who should come 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We marked videos on the quality of their production and editing, the quality of the footage included, how relevant the video was to the title “A Day on the Rails”, and how the video impacted on us overall. We’re very pleased to be able to reveal the following winners and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the next competition in late 2012.

First Prize: Robert Bishop (robertmbishop)

Robert has won a pair of first class return tickets for Grand Central trains and also a pair of rover tickets for Northern.
